How does Midland Financial Advisors, Inc. collect my personal information?

  • Seek financial or tax advice Or Seek advice about your investments
  • Enter into an investment advisory contract

DEFINITIONS

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Midland States Bancorp, Inc. (Holding Company) and Midland States Bank are affiliates.  Our affiliates currently include entities with the Midland and Heartland names as well as entities of a financial nature bearing another name.  They include:  Heartland Premier Mortgage, Heartland Business Credit, and Love Funding Corporation.  Our affiliates may also include subsequently formed or acquired entities of a financial or nonfinancial nature.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control.  They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Midland Financial Advisors, Inc. does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Midland Financial Advisors, Inc. doesn’t jointly market.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For Midland Financial Advisors, Inc. customers. Midland Financial Advisors, Inc. will not share personal information from deposit or share relationships with nonaffiliates either for them to market to you or for joint marketing - without your authorization.
